Managing Director - US Large Format & Retail
On July 17, 2006 Jay joined Leaktite Corporation as National Sales Manager reporting to Tom Forsberg. In this position Jay was responsible for building strategic business partnerships with Leaktite’s major customers that leverage Leaktite’s strengths toward profitable growth, with a primary focus on Home Depot. He managed the customer service process and personnel, the customer supply chain and communications.
Director of Compensation, Benefits, & Mobility
Tobey Marchal is Director of Compensation, Benefits & Mobility for ERIS North America, and has been with the company for 20 years. She joined Leaktite in 2000 as Human Resources Assistant, creating the company’s first Human Resources Department.
National Account Manager
Jonathan Hoden joined Leaktite Corporation on December 2, 2011 as the National Account Manager reporting to the Director of Sales. Jon is responsible for growing the Leaktite product mix assortment and sales for Sherwin Williams, Do it Best, Orgill, LMC, Lancaster and developing new channels of business.
