Jon Hoden - National Account Manager

Jonathan Hoden joined Leaktite Corporation on December 2, 2011 as the National Account Manager reporting to the Director of Sales.   Jon is responsible for growing the Leaktite product mix assortment and sales for Sherwin Williams, Do it Best, Orgill, LMC, Lancaster and developing new channels of business.

Jon has worked for various industry leading companies during the past 28 years as has managed a multitude of regional and national accounts in the Hardware, Home Center, Paint, Industrial, Grocery, Mass, and Sporting Goods channels.  He is a creative sales expert that continues to manage existing sales and develop opportunities based on integrity.

Jon started his sales career with Frito-Lay in 1993 and quickly learned that providing highly quality service in a timely manner is an essential ingredient to establishing a solid relationship in the fast-paced grocery and c-store marketplace.  From 1994 to 1997 Jon served as the New England Account Manager at Makita USA, a leading manufacturer of corded and cordless power tools.  In 1997 he explored most major USA metropolitan cities while managing 70+ retailers that sold and stocked line of Fine Paints of Europe. In early 1998 Jon joined the Rubbermaid Home Products Team and honed his manufacture representative management skills while growing the sales and product mix at Emery Waterhouse, Shaw’s Grocery Stores and Ann & Hope Retail Stores. In late 1999 Jon took the opportunity to join the Graco Inc. team as the Account Manager for New England that later expanded into a Nation Account Manager position serving Lowe’s, Ace Hardware, True Value, Do it Best and Orgill.

Jon graduated with Bachelors in Management and Minors in Law & Marketing from Bentley University in 1992.  Jon and his family reside in Southwestern New Hampshire.
